Daines, Markey Bring Awareness to Americans Suffering from Brain Tumors
U.S. SENATE – U.S. Senators Steve Daines (R-Mont.) and Ed Markey (D-Mass.) today announced their bipartisan Senate resolution designating May 2023 as “National Brain Tumor Awareness Month” passed the United States Senate. “I’m pleased to designate May as ‘National Brain Tumor Awareness Month’ for the sixth year in a row to help promote public awareness of brain tumors, including the opportunities for advances in brain tumor research and treatment,” Daines said. “We must continue to raise awareness on this important health issue that touches the lives of many Montanans and their families, including my own.” “Every year, too many families across our nation grieve the loss
