U.S. Senator Steve Daines today issued the following statement after the news of Senator Jim Inhofe’s passing.
“I’m saddened to hear of the passing of my colleague, and friend, Senator Jim Inhofe. Jim dedicated his life to service, first in the U.S. Army, then as an elected leader in local and state offices in Oklahoma and finally in the United States Senate. A staunch supporter of our U.S. service members and a strong advocate for all Oklahomans, Senator Inhofe will always be remembered as a committed public servant and a man of faith. My thoughts are with his wife Kay and the rest of the Inhofe family.”
